David Hurvitz explained every step in the divorce process in a friendly and easy to understand manner. Final results were spot-on to his anticipated final judgement. I was referred to Mr. Hurvitz his representation that he demonstrated was incompetence right from the beginning of my case. He filed improperly written notifications and motions that were rejected by the judge, which then had to be rewritten and refilled and re-served (costing me even more money) H...e blatantly admitted to me that he had never had a respondent presenting himself Pro Se and really didn’t know what to do!!!!! Was unaware of the proper procedure for notifying respondent of filings and court dates.
