Help with a DUI

Debra was able to help my son out of a jam with his drivers license. He was charged with a DUI, and a high speed. Between Debra and her assistant Bonnie, we were in communication each phase of the proceedings. Our outcome was the best possible scenario. Debra was able to have the speeding ticket dr...opped, and the DUI charge reduced to a reckless with no points. Debra also took the time to answer all of my son's phone calls that he had concerning his driving privilege and possible outcomes for his future.

Calmness in the storm.....

Being completely unfamiliar with the legal system, I was quite anxious when I got myself in a bind. I found counsel on the recommendation of a friend, who was nice enough, but I never really felt they were working ‘hard’ and I was never sure where the situation was headed or what the plan was. I swit...ched counsel to Debra Moss, Esq. of Carlson, Meissner, Hart & Hayslett, and the situation completely changed. I immediately felt more at ease, knew where I stood, knew the plan, and was apprised at every step. She took me virtually ‘by the hand’ (which I needed) through the maze from beginning to end. In my heart, I know I got the best possible outcome. At the end of the day, it’s important for you yourself to realize that everything that could be done, was done. I will always be personally grateful to her for her calm and reassuring demeanor. Though I hope never to require her services again, I recommend Debra Moss and the staff at Carlson, Meissner, Hart & Hayslett without reservation or hesitation. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.

Knowledgeable and comforting attorney

Debra was both knowledgeable and compassionate. When I decided to hire her, I felt as if I had someone on my side. She explained legal terms that I didn’t understand and gave me her expert advice on how she would handle my case. She and Bonnie were always available to speak with in the phone and kep...t me updated regarding my case.

Deborah helped me during the worst time in my life. I have never been arrested before and I was beyond terrified. Deborah and Bonnie were there to hold my hand through the whole process. Bonnie would ALWAYS take my calls and I never had to leave a message. They made me feel like I was the only c...lient. Thankfully, she assisted in getting all charges dropped which saved my career. I appreciate Debbie and Bonnie more than words can express.
