Bradley Abraham Tobin

I have worked in Fire Rescue services since 1997. Never have I needed to consult a lawyer until recently. Firefighters would understand that we don't work in the same fire service we grew up in. The process of searching for a lawyer is daunting at best. Mr. Tobin was referred to me by a fellow firef...ighter. I called him and left a message, he returned my call that same day (currently I still haven't heard from others that I left messages with). Mr. Tobin immediately expressed to me his concern for my situation. I learned that he has a good working knowledge of the Fire Rescue industry as well as the unfortunate corruption that can take place in County/City Government. In my particular situation I needed Mr. Tobin to be present for a disciplinary hearing I was involved with. Brad took over my negligence case from another attorney. After reviewing the original complaint he decided it was missing some very key points and needed to be refiled. Which he did and quite a quick manner. Our case then proceeded in a much more effective manner than it had been. Resulting in a favo...rable result that made myself and the defendant content with the final result. As a process server myself I would and have already recommended Brad to several clients I do process work for that really need an attorney rather than doing it pro se.
