I am an experienced commercial and civil litigator, working in the areas of healthcare fraud, Medicare fraud, Medicaid fraud, Tricare fraud, qui tam (whistle blower), False Claims Act, appellate practice, health care law, and small business contract disputes. My healthcare fraud cases include those involving physicians, pharmacists, medical devices, kickbacks from drug companies, to name a few. I also have experience working as a special magistrate on code and variance issues, and can assist homeowners in these areas.
