We consulted Mrs Vitalia Díaz-Shaffer for our I-129f and later for I- 485. The whole process was very easy, Vitalia explained everything very clearly and in detail. I coundn't have done it without her help!

I had issues obtaining my citizenship in the past and for these reason I looked for a layer this time around. My friend recommended Vitalia and working with her was the best decision I made. She helped me get all the documents that I needed to application for my citizenship and prepared me for the interview. From the beginning she inspired confidence and i trusted that she knew what she was doing and she delivered. I would highly recommend Vitalia to anyone that is going threw the same process.

Simply the best

I had a consultation with Ms. Diaz Shafer where she informed me that it would not be in my friend's best interest to retain her services as she would not be able to help her. She took her time to explain what they should do. I knew we could trust her opinion because she is board certified in immigration. Unfortunately my friend was desperate and hired another attorney who charged her thousands of dollars and in the end did nothing for her. Ms. Diaz Shafer's acted with integrity when she resisted the temptation to take advantage of my friend's desperate situation, unlike the other attorney she ended up hiring. If another immigration issue should arise, I would certainly schedule another consultation with her without any hesitation.

highly recommend Immigration Lawyer

In all my process since I hired Vitalia she made me feel confident because she is very professional, the most important of all is that she cared all the time about me, every time I called her she called back right away, with Vitalia I never felt like I did with my 2 previous Lawyer, some Lawyers takes so many cases for the money and don't care about anything else, Vitalia is clear sincere and goes straight to the point if she can help you, but the most important thing is that she cares and respond properly on time, the best Lawyer I ever met and I highly recommend her, I didn't have no hopes about my case and thanks to Vitalia my husband and I are the most happier people on earth

Amazing

Very helpful, hands on and human. After consulting a few lawyers with extravagant fees and very few hopes for my case, she was the only one able to explain exactly what i needed to do and was able to avoid my deportation order and get my permanent Residency in a year .Her firm has a knowledgeable staff willing to answer and help with all my needs. My family is together thanks to her outstanding and persistence work. Amazing is not enough to describe her. She is simply the best.

Best in Tampa !!! Help the community.

Vitalia not only helped me and my family personally in an immigration case and thanks to the way she handled our case we are citizens of this country, she took the case from the beginning since we came to this country and walked us through all the processes until we became American citizens. Also, she has helped the community tremendously when she has taken time to be an speaker during different seminars about immigration that MIRA USA a non profit organization ( which I belong to) has organized for the underrepresented community here in Tampa area.

Legal assitannce for a status reinstatement

Mrs Shafer provided legal assitance concerning the immigration status of my niece who currently holds an F-1 Visa. She was responsive on time and provided guidance on how to proceed to have her immigration status fixed. Her recommendations were very useful to have the school officials do what they had to do. She definetly was very knowledgeable of this type of situations and how to solve them.
