Biography
At Sawyer & Sawyer, P.A., we pride ourselves on being a family-oriented firm. Carolyn Sawyer, Esq. and her husband, Dr. Thomas Sawyer, Esq., established the firm in 1994. In 1998, they were joined by their daughter, Cary Moss, Esq., and later by Cary's husband, Thomas Moss. Today, the firm has grown to include four attorneys and thirteen staff members.

Our Goal
Our goal is to assist you in navigating life's important transitions, whether that be by assisting you or a loved one in planning for long term care or to receive Medicaid assistance with Nursing Home care, or developing a comprehensive estate plan that will meet your family's needs in the event of unplanned death or illness. Our attorneys and staff specialize in Medicaid Planning, Guardianship, Probate, and Estate Plannning.

i came to attorney moss after a bad experience with a previous attorney. i needed guidance for the guardianship of my dad who had developed severe dementia, and had almost lost everything, including his home which he had worked so hard to pay for. now my dad can stay in his home, where he feels best....
