I have no idea why the previous commenter wrote the negative things she did about Mr Fernandez. His office help is top notch from the first phone call Irene was absolutely wonderful and pleasant. I was referred to him by another attorney in Tampa for a criminal felony my son got himself into. From th...e moment I met "Ralph" he was absolutely straight forward and to the point and explained all the options available to my son. His experience and knowledge of criminal law is extensive. Long story short my son was facing 15 years and he prepared us for the worst and guess what not one single day in jail. He is by no means "your ham and egger $3500 attorney" but what I can say is he is absolutely worth his weight in gold !!! I consulted with Norman Canela and Barry Cohen prior to going to Ralph and decided to go with the Fernandez firm based on his honest no bs approach. I am so happy I did and my son took his words to heart and has been on the straight and narrow until today thank God. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat but if you are price shopping he's not for you :)))

at first they make it seen like they're all bout you and your case. then you don't hear from them. you try to inquire about your case and you get completely ignored. they barely negotiate on your behalf and don't inform you at all of what's going on. you never get to see or speak to the attorney hims...elf. The receptionist is the first one who needs to have a customer service class. chrissie edwards is the assistant to Mr. Hernandez AND IT'S WAY WORST THANT THE RECEPTIONIST. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HIRING THESE PEOPLE. I HAVE TWO YEARS TRYING TO SETTLE MY CASE AND FOUND MYSELF HIRING ANOTHER LAWYER.
