I had some pretty serious legal issues going on in my life this past year that had me feeling unsure and backed into a corner. I actually already had another attorney hired for my cases (that's right, plural), but I felt like he was not getting the job done appropriately. A friend referred me to AJ... Alvarez and Ralph Fernandez and encouraged me to contact them and let the professionals handle the situation. I called them, switched over and I 100% MADE THE BEST DECISION! They had my first case positively resolved within a week! AJ and Ralph were super knowledgeable and aggressive in handling the matter. I had no doubt that they knew what they were doing, but they were also so laid back and easy to talk to that I could approach them with any questions or concerns without feeling like I was asking anything stupid or wasting their time. at first they make it seen like they're all bout you and your case. then you don't hear from them. you try to inquire about your case and you get completely ignored. they barely negotiate on your behalf and don't inform you at all of what's going on. you never get to see or speak to the attorney hims...elf. The receptionist is the first one who needs to have a customer service class. chrissie edwards is the assistant to Mr. Hernandez AND IT'S WAY WORST THANT THE RECEPTIONIST. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HIRING THESE PEOPLE. I HAVE TWO YEARS TRYING TO SETTLE MY CASE AND FOUND MYSELF HIRING ANOTHER LAWYER.
