I had never seen myself in such a horrible spot in my life,,,on the verge of losing my mind and my home,one call to Ralph Fernandez,one appointment,everything laid out on the table, he took my case and assured me he had only my best interest at heart,his staff and firm took me on like i REALLY matter...ed, i was just not another case.....I can tell you that a few words from him telling me don't worry i got this,,,always eased my mind.
