            My firm is a client-centered law practice that focuses in the areas of family law, estate planning, probate, and small business needs.  Family law encompasses divorce (dissolution of marriage), alimony, child support, child custody, visitation, relocation, and modification or enforcement of Court orders.  Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and health care surrogates are covered in estate planning.  My firm can also handle the probate of a deceased loved one’s estate.  Small business law incorporates business formation and dissolution, contract negotiation and preparation, and landlord/tenant disputes.
