fraud lawyer who will be losing his license to practice

this guys as stated in previous reviews is a con artist, who will have his licensed to practice pulled at some point, he is currently under investigation by the florida bar and the attorney general. It doesnt look good. I know as I filed a complaint against him and my case against him. Be careful ...and research him before you use him, there is plenty to verify what I am stating here.

Mader took $3000 for a loan modification and did nothing but ask for paperwork

My husband was unemployed and I was looking for a way to reduce our mortgage payments. In September, 2011, Robert Parr contacted me. Robert Parr, case manager for Mader Law Group promised to get us on a "government program" for a mortgage loan modification. he asked for all kinds of documentation.... I also communicated with Rachel Polis and Christopher Thompson. They did not keep me informed but kept stringing me along. Finally in May 2012, Dee Montgomery called and said we could not get a modification because my husband was receiving unemployment compensation. They knew that from day 1 and charged us an extra $1,000 because of it. They a week later I received a letter from Dee Montgomery asking for more information. The return address on the envelope and all identifications of employees in emails is "Mader Law Group". I have since found out that it takes 90 days at most to get a decision and people can get this service for free. And there is a Federal Trade Commission rule prohibiting taking money up front before any service is rendered. (FTC Mortgage Assistance Relief Services (MARS) rule bans mortgage relief providers from collecting a fee)
