I rarely right reviews, but in this case it warrants a 5 star review. One word to describe Cory...EXCELLENT! I did an extensive research before I chose The Baird Law Group and after reading reviews on all websites and reading about Cory's stellar credentials, I decided he was going to represent me after my nasty accident. I was very impressed that any time I needed to talk to him, he would be there or return my call within the hour. He took the time to explain all my options and what the process would be. He also got me some of the best therapy and doctors out there. Cory got me the maximum amount that he could and wrapped my entire case up within a year. I would also like to mention his legal assistant Courtney, who is extremely friendly and helpful. If you are looking for one of the TOP attorney's in the Tampa Bay Area, I HIGHLY recommend The Baird Law Group. Cory WILL be my attorney should I ever have another accident.

Shortly after establishing the Baird Law Group with his wife, Cory survived a serious head-on car collision. His firsthand injury experience inspired him to become a tireless advocate for the rights and concerns of personal injury victims. Cory has since litigated a wide range of injury cases throughout Florida, including motor vehicle wrecks, premises liability, negligent security, bounce house negligence, and medical/dental malpractice.

Cory worked as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte and Touche before obtaining his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Stetson University of Law. He also serves as Treasurer and co-founder of Are You Safe, a charity that provides free services to domestic violence victims.

Cory has lectured at the Plaintiff's Personal Injury Seminar and is a participant on the Fox 13 program "Ask a Lawyer." Baird Law Group is located in Tampa.

Baird Law Group represented me

I cannot say enough of how completely professional and aggressive Cory Baird was in taking on and finishing my case. He was able to cut through the red tape and slow moving legal process to tackle a large insurance organization and settle things in both record time and record settlement amount. Handled professionally and thoroughly

I was involved in an auto accident. BLG was referred to me by a third party. They handled my case professionally and thoroughly. I would recommend them and use them again should the need arise.

A FINE HUMAN BEING AND EXCELLENT LAWYER

I am very pleased with the services that Mr. Baird and his very attentive assistant, Courtney, provided to me due to a car accident this past March. Being new to Florida and local resources, he was referred to us by a respected neighbor. Excellent Attorney, Highly Recommended!!

Dedicated and Efficient, Cory is the man for the job

I hired Mr. Baird to represent me in a civil suit in which he was able to achieve a settlement that I found more than satisfactory. Not only was Cory able to achieve the desirable outcome for me, he made the process as pain-free and convenient as possible. He was available night and day, going as far as to travel across state to work with my schedule and he earned my trust by representing my interests and protecting my identity. Truly for their clients

Amazing firm!!!!

I just want to start off by thanking Baird Law Group for their amazing work on my case. I had a very significant injury due to the stairs at my apartment complex and it has left me disabled, lost and confused. Baird Law Group was able to get my case settled with an amazing outcome for me. Now I can have the last couple surgeries I need without having to worry about anything. They always took the time to speak with me and answer any questions I had. They were always very quick in responding to my emails. If I didn't understand something, they always took their time to explain it to me. I would recommend them to my friends and family!!!! I hope I won't need to but if I ever need help with an injury case again, I know who to call!!!! I also want to personally thank Sarah for all of her help and for being an amazing case manager for me in my time of need. Trust This Attorney

I was hit from behind while in a company truck in February 2015. Getting nowhere with workmans comp, a friend recommended i meet with Baird Law Group. They agreed to take the case but did say it could tske up to a year and it did. 1 yr. 1 month. I highly rec recommend the Baird Law Group. John, Cory , and Sarah are great to work with and take the time to explain everything. Its a very long and confusing process at times but trust them. Im very glad i retained BLG as my attorney.

Auto Injury

I am very pleased with the representation of Baird Law Group in my auto injury case. Cory and John were there for me every step of the way - from intake at their office to depositions and mediation. They were also very attentive and understanding of my injuries. Sarah was also excellent. She ensured that my messages followed through and she contacted me promptly with any new information. Highly recommended

Mr. Baird and his team are very professional. I was recommended to him through a couple people and I chose him immediately. I'm glad I chose him to represent me. Car Accident Insurance Lawsuit

I was very pleased with the level of professionalism with which my case was handled. I was also very happy with the explanation of my rights and the explanation of the steps involved in my case. I believe based on my injuries the amount of compensation awarded to me was extremely fair. I do not believe I could have done better with any other attorney. That was a very difficult day for me. we were hit by someone with no insurance. word got out of the incident, and friends came to help. That day I was given Cory Bairds name and number. speaking to others about our situation, friends said they had good results from Cory. I called and met with Cory, who agreed to take our case, which meant going up against GEICO Co. The ordeal took a long time but was worth the wait. Sarah was always reassuring whenever I called, to check the status of the case. John, was amazing, sitting through a 5 1/2 hr deposition, and then a taped Dr. visit with me. We had a solid case and we got the desired outcome. I would certainly recommend Baird, Braid, and Curry if you want results

Never give up.

Mr. Cory Baird represented me in 2014 for an auto accident I was involved in in 2012. Prior to him, I had another attorney that told me he was going to fight for me. Well, after not hearing from them for months, I began to really worry. Then I received a letter from them stating that they were closing my case. After asking around, several people told me about Mr. Baird, so I called him. I'm so glad I did. Mr. Baird is a very professional attorney. His staff was very professional, caring and understanding. They addressed every question and concern I had. Whenever I would call Mr. Baird or his staff, my call would always be returned in a timely manner. What I like most about him was, he was still willing to take a chance with my case even after my previous attorney told me they could no longer help me because they felt my case would not prevail. Well, guess what? We prevailed.

Best Decision

Started out with Morgan & Morgan and they had my case for a year and a half. With Morgan & Morgan I felt I was just a number to them not a priority so we started talking to friends and someone referred us to Cory I have to say it was the best decision I've made. I would recommend Cory to anybody.
