Biography
I have decided to focus my practice to exclusively criminal defense. Over the past couple of years we have focused on defending drug and firearm crimes in the central counties of Florida, which includes Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Orange, Manatee, Sarasota, and Desoto Counties.

Replied last April 12, 2014Betty: Im sorry you feel this way especially since you husband was able to get pre-trial release on a serious drug and firearm case and we were able to get the Government to agree to a reduction of several levels and not file the 851 enhancement that they could have because of his prior drug convictions. Additionally, I reviewed the Judge's sentencing comments and he did not say what you allege above, and actually sentenced your husband to the low end of the guidelines when he could have given him several more years. Please let me know if you would like to review what the judge actually said.
