I live in the Orlando area and I chose Erica and Kim to help me with my sons adoption case. Long story short, I had raised my son for years as his stepmother but really wanted to become his legal mother, and since his Bio mom had not seen him in nearly 8 years I thought it would be a good time to go ...for custody. After researching many...and I do mean MANY lawyers to help with my case, I finally decided on Erica and Kim because they seemed to be both the most relatable and the most honest about what to expect from my case. They quoted me numbers and drew up contracts right away and never surprised me with any *hidden* fees. In my particular case the birth mom was originally not going to voluntarily sign over her rights, but after speaking with Erica she quickly changed her mind and Erica was quick to respond before she could change her mind. From the day we filed paperwork to begin the process, to the day the judge signed the decree making me my sons legal mother, I believe almost exactly 4 months had gone by. And to be honest, it probably would've been sooner but in my particular case I had to get my old state to give Florida Jurisdiction for my case.
