They're the best

Dan McBreen worked with me on my malpractice case. It took 5 years at no fault of theirs. They never wavered and attempted to back out of my case and every time I called, Dan picked up or called me back soon after leaving a message. Never did it go to an assistant it was always Dan He was more than happy to give me whatever time I needed. Their office was there for me when no one else would even touch my case I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs help.

Car Accident Settlement

Dan was very responsive from the moment I contacted him. On multiple occasions we corresponded after 5pm which was very convenient for my schedule. He referred a chiropractor that was near my work on our very first call. He did a great job keeping me updated with the progression of the case. I would highly recommend him.

Aggressive, Swift and Successful

I hired Mr. McBreen as a litigator based on some references and I was very pleased with the outcome. He communicated with me all the way through the process and acted exactly as I would want my attorney to act when litigating against a fraudulent business. He was extremely knowledgeable and aggressive, which led to a very quick resolution in my case. Civil Litigation

Determined Intellectual

I got extremely lucky when I met this attorney.

After having disastrous results with other attorneys Mr. McBreen stepped in to take over my medical malpractice lawsuit. When Mr. McBreen stepped in and took over, his professionalism and honesty was quite refreshing. He and the firm he represents did everything possible to assist me with my case. They were friendly, sincere, straight forward with me, honest, definitely hard workers, put in many long hours and made it very easy to contact them. Mr. McBreen made sure I had his cell phone number and stayed in contact with me by phone and email. His determination to see my case through to the end AND come out with positive results made me feel someone finally cared about me and my medical issues. Mr. McBreen stayed true to his course of action and in the end held those accountable.
