Howell Webster Melton III

Mr. Melton represents corporate and individual clients in both state and federal courts.  His practice concentrates primarily on civil litigation involving community association law, real estate litigation, foreclosure litigation, deed restriction enforcement, contract disputes, regulatory takings, eminent domain, construction defects and collections.  Mr. Melton also routinely handles arbitration and mediation cases.  Before joining Bush Ross, Mr. Melton worked in Washington D.C. for U.S. Senator Christopher J. Dodd of Connecticut, and also for Viacom, Inc. in New York City.
