Aggressive, Swift and Successful

I hired Mr. McBreen as a litigator based on some references and I was very pleased with the outcome. He communicated with me all the way through the process and acted exactly as I would want my attorney to act when litigating against a fraudulent business. He was extremely knowledgeable and aggress...ive, which led to a very quick resolution in my case. In the event that I choose to litigate again, there is no questions that I will be calling Mr. McBreen to lead the way.

Civil Litigation

I hired Mr. McBreen to help me with a civil case in 2012. Dan was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. He was able to assist me in a favorable outcome. His fees were very cost effective compared to another attorney I interviewed.

Fantastic Lawyer

We contacted Mr. McBreen to represent us. He returned our call promptly. We were very pleased with his excellent communication skills and his professionalism. He is very detail oriented and determined. He was very passionate about assisting us and worked very hard to see that we received a fair case.... Mr. McBreen is very honest and sincere. We really appreciated how he kept us up to date with the continuity of the case. Overall, we have had a great experience with Mc. McBreen and would recommend this lawyer!
