Good consultation

Unfortunately, we had an issue with the retainer payment but dan was my first choice In dealing with a sensitive issue. He was very supportive and I felt confident in his approach. He was not pushy at all and seemed very fair.

***5 Stars*** WOULD HIRE AGAIN

Hired Daniel for (2) family court case- divorce and a follow-on alimony case. Daniel and his team provided not only excellent services for both cases but exceeded expectations. His vast knowledge of the local court systems, judges, and legal approach was respectable and effective. His prices/fees are... more than reasonable. I would hire again and or recommend for future cases.

Highly Skilled

This is the best attorney on the Big Island. Very knowledgeable with over 25 years of experience.

Calming with integrity

Daniel provided wise and intelligent advice for my divorce case. It was impressive how he anticipated the moves of my wife and her attorney and attempted to circumvent issues before they arose. In depth knowledge of legal system and very professional. Will recommend Dan to others.

ACURATE & METHODICAL!

I have spent large amounts of resources on Attorneys that just tell me what they think sounds "pleasing". Mr.O'Phelan took the time to answer all my questions while exploring all of my options. I got off the phone feeling rejuvinated and ready to take on my case!
