Honest, Professional, Dedicated, & Extremely Qualified. Same goes for his support team.

I lived out of state and was recommended to Ben Older by an old friend. We spent hours on the phone talking over the course of 8 months while I was still out of state and had not even hired him. Without requiring any financial commitment on my part, Ben was genuinely helpful and seemed satisfied in s...imply helping a person in need. Roughly 1 year later I relocated to Florida and hired Ben. That was the best decision of my life in regards to my child's future. Ben and his team gave me a level of professionalism, dedication, and honest guidance that I truly didn't know was possible. With such an emotional topic as one's children, having a lawyer that will be a rock, whether you like the answers or not, is invaluable. Furthermore, the level of trustworthiness in regards to services rendered and billable time was top notch. Everything was explained and laid out in writing. The case lasted over a year and quite a lot of money was spent. That being said, I never felt like a dime was wasted or not accounted for. The experience changed me greatly and I’ve come to feel like Ben and his team are much more than lawyers; they are friends. After the case ended Ben himself cried while I hugged him because he truly cared that much about my family. I personally have always taken the position of “The high road” in my dealings with my ex and it also happens that Ben and his team pride themselves on doing the same in a court room. With Ben on your side you will see an organized, professional, and proper approach to utilizing the system as it was intended. I would recommend Ben Older and his extensive team to anyone that has “Right” on their side. If you have done the right things and just need the court system to bring it all to light so a Judge may set right a wrong, Ben is for you. The system is incredibly vast and can swallow you whole if you don’t know what you’re doing. Usually none of us parents do know what to do or even know how to tell if a lawyer is the right one or not. I took a chance on Ben and it didn’t take long to realize that I made the right choice. When it comes to your family and their future make sure you choose wisely. In summary, Ben Older is an amazing attorney, an honest attorney, an incredibly educated/effective attorney and will guide you through any legal journey that you may need. This would include him being the lawyer for you, taking your calls on his cell during a holiday weekend or even directing you to a law firm that would be a better fit for your needs if necessary. I strongly encourage you to meet with him and decide for yourself but go in without fear because he will never steer you wrong.
