Please read above. Never been in trouble. I hired him and ignored the reviews. In fact I paid him cash in the thousands. The specifics of the case was not taken care of and it was 3 years before we went to court. It should have been dismissed. I had a plea but he was not at court that day and I ha...d to explain to the other clients since he did not contact them that he was on vacation. The attorney that stood in for him didn’t know anything about my case.nor any of the other clients i had to explain to the judge about my case.. He has shown does not care about his clients at all. As soon as, he gets the money in his hands. It’s all downhill. All he basically is familiar with is DUI law and mine was something else he had no clue about.. I even had him represent my cousin for $20,000 and he didn’t do anything. His main goal I should be to help a client not hurt them. He does not tell the truth when you are signing a plea either. Be careful this is your life.

I don’t understand the negative reviews on here - most seem to be in relation to lack of communication, but everyone needs to understand this man is busy and your case isn’t the only one he’s dealing with. I personally never had any issues regarding communication with either Dirk or his secretary - a...ll responses to my inquiries were prompt and Dirk always put me at ease throughout the entire process. A prior review mentions that Dirk commands attention and results and that he has the respect of judges and other court personnel - I can confirm this is true. When I checked in for my (civil injunction) case, the officers who checked me in asked “is Dirk really coming? That’s awesome”. They knew who he was without me even having to say anything and were as gleeful as two kids in a candy shop that he’d be making an appearance. The judge was also very familiar with him, and Dirk took immediate charge as soon as the proceedings began. The difference in his demeanor between his office and the court room is astonishing - it’s like he goes into full bulldog mode once the proceedings start. He’s a great attorney and does exactly what he says he’s going to do - just give him a little time and space to get the job done.

Dirk Weed and his staff are so unprofessional they do not communicate after taking your money, I’m 6 months pregnant and dirk yelled at me over the phone and argued because I told him he was being unprofessional due to not responding after my fiancé was supposed to have a bond. A whole day later stil...l no bond. Leana the secretary has told my mother in law we are not to call the office they will call us if any updates. I can’t express my disappointment enough in this law firm. Never again absolutely the worst service possible.

Ive NEVER in my entire life seen an attorney as bad as dirk weed!!! Please do NOT HiRE this man, he is a theif and all he does is take peoples money and leave them rotting in jail! He took over $15,000!!!!!!!! 2 yrs ago and wont even return a phone call and blocks you if he doesnt want to deal with i...t.. he has left my family member with no help, no answers and nothing but heart break. Dirk, i hope your reading this.. HOW ARE YOU OK WITH DOING THIS TO PEOPLE WHO COME TO YOU FOR HELP ANS YOU TELL THEM ALL THESE LIES AND PROMISES AND THEM BAM, you never show on to visit, reschedule everything and cant pick up a phone.. you deserve to at the bare minimum to be dis bared, you sir are a fraud!
