Please read above. Never been in trouble. I hired him and ignored the reviews. In fact I paid him cash in the thousands. The specifics of the case was not taken care of and it was 3 years before we went to court. It should have been dismissed. I had a plea but he was not at court that day and I ha...d to explain to the other clients since he did not contact them that he was on vacation. The attorney that stood in for him didn’t know anything about my case.nor any of the other clients i had to explain to the judge about my case.. He has shown does not care about his clients at all. As soon as, he gets the money in his hands. It’s all downhill. All he basically is familiar with is DUI law and mine was something else he had no clue about.. I even had him represent my cousin for $20,000 and he didn’t do anything. His main goal I should be to help a client not hurt them. He does not tell the truth when you are signing a plea either. Be careful this is your life.

Ive NEVER in my entire life seen an attorney as bad as dirk weed!!! Please do NOT HiRE this man, he is a theif and all he does is take peoples money and leave them rotting in jail! He took over $15,000!!!!!!!! 2 yrs ago and wont even return a phone call and blocks you if he doesnt want to deal with i...t.. he has left my family member with no help, no answers and nothing but heart break. Dirk, i hope your reading this.. HOW ARE YOU OK WITH DOING THIS TO PEOPLE WHO COME TO YOU FOR HELP ANS YOU TELL THEM ALL THESE LIES AND PROMISES AND THEM BAM, you never show on to visit, reschedule everything and cant pick up a phone.. you deserve to at the bare minimum to be dis bared, you sir are a fraud!

I hired dirk over a year ago he never answered one phone call doesn't return phone calls. Kept postponing court dates to where the judge was even upset. His whole office is unprofessional I didn't even see him until we finally went to court and he lied about everything never even filed a motion. I'...m telling you DO NOT HIRE DIRK WEED!!!!! HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT LIFT A FINGER TO HELP YOU HE SHOULD BE DISBARED

I have dropped an Attorney to hire this law clown, whom didn’t care about his client from one. He had promised my loved one something that was never discussed at the sentencing, leaving my pockets empty and my extreme disappointment on how he handle the case. His tardiness and absences from trials ar...e just pathetic!!!Never had a full detail of the case, in another words, I’m still around in circles trying to figured out the outcome of the case. I would of done a better representation than him. I would never recommend this so call “Lawyer” not even to my worst enemy. Waist of money and time!!!!!!His staff is as bad as him. They need to go back to where the came from. I am calling the Bar Association and Stetson University to request his curriculum vitae.

Mr. Weed is the most irresponsible lawyer. He has been late to court several times. I heard to hire him from my loved one who heard he was great, but that is not true. He never answers his phone, so I would have to call his office and his secretary is absolutely no help not even try and then just hun...g up on me and still no return call. I have told him several times that my loved one who really needs to get help now is gonna to die waiting out on the street. I will never hire this man again.
