I’m currently in the process of reporting him to the Florida Bar Association to request my money back for services I paid for that were not delivered. Completely unsatisfied with his representation!

I have dropped an Attorney to hire this law clown, whom didn’t care about his client from one. He had promised my loved one something that was never discussed at the sentencing, leaving my pockets empty and my extreme disappointment on how he handle the case. His tardiness and absences from trials ar...e just pathetic!!!Never had a full detail of the case, in another words, I’m still around in circles trying to figured out the outcome of the case. I would of done a better representation than him. I would never recommend this so call “Lawyer” not even to my worst enemy. Waist of money and time!!!!!!His staff is as bad as him. They need to go back to where the came from. I am calling the Bar Association and Stetson University to request his curriculum vitae.

Dirk has the respect of the judges and... has a consistent relationship with the prosecution as well. Most of his cases are dismissed and that means the difference between moving on with your life or staying stuck in the system and it hindering you for years. While Dirk may take a little time to reach out to you personally, his secretaries are consistent at keeping you up to date. For the reviews of Dirk that are negative about communication, please remember Dirk has many cases at all times and can’t always get back to you as soon as possible but in the end, will deliver the best results out of any Tampa lawyer and get your charges dismissed. Mr. Weed is the most irresponsible lawyer. He has been late to court several times. I heard to hire him from my loved one who heard he was great, but that is not true. He never answers his phone, so I would have to call his office and his secretary is absolutely no help not even try and then just hun...g up on me and still no return call. I have told him several times that my loved one who really needs to get help now is gonna to die waiting out on the street. I will never hire this man again.

i had gotten some good feed back from a few friends and relatives.. but now after hiring him myself i realize i made a huge mistake. He is very irrsponsiable, never returns my calls or messages. he has bene on a case for us for 10 months and nothing has been done... the ladies in his office are very ...rude and dont like to assit anyone ... i really feel like i WASTED my money time and effort on this law office... i would not have given him even 1 star but i had to put something
