Dirk, you said you would represent me and do what's best for my situation instead you lied and did nothing. You refuse to answer my calls to discuss my case before each court date. Me and my brother talked to derk the day before the trail,he said a lot.The day of the trail he controlled everything on our side,he said only two people could witness the trail, I was allowed the last half of one hour to witness,at that time I watched in shock as derk was trying to please the othe...r lawyers ,offering water,trying to joke, not representing nothing but himself .By now you guessed it we lost ,derk said he would appeal,but he did not , derk got paid and karma will find him even slippery has he maybe.

I don’t understand the negative reviews on here - most seem to be in relation to lack of communication, but everyone needs to understand this man is busy and your case isn’t the only one he’s dealing with. I personally never had any issues regarding communication with either Dirk or his secretary - a...ll responses to my inquiries were prompt and Dirk always put me at ease throughout the entire process. A prior review mentions that Dirk commands attention and results and that he has the respect of judges and other court personnel - I can confirm this is true. When I checked in for my (civil injunction) case, the officers who checked me in asked “is Dirk really coming? That’s awesome”. They knew who he was without me even having to say anything and were as gleeful as two kids in a candy shop that he’d be making an appearance. The judge was also very familiar with him, and Dirk took immediate charge as soon as the proceedings began. The difference in his demeanor between his office and the court room is astonishing - it’s like he goes into full bulldog mode once the proceedings start. He’s a great attorney and does exactly what he says he’s going to do - just give him a little time and space to get the job done.

I hired dirk over a year ago he never answered one phone call doesn't return phone calls. Kept postponing court dates to where the judge was even upset. His whole office is unprofessional I didn't even see him until we finally went to court and he lied about everything never even filed a motion. I'...m telling you DO NOT HIRE DIRK WEED!!!!! HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT LIFT A FINGER TO HELP YOU HE SHOULD BE DISBARED

My only down side was Dirk really doesn’t return calls. My husband told me to call him for my case and I’m glad I took that advice. Though I haven’t heard from Dirk a lot though my case I was in very good hands. Now that everything is over I don’t have one regret hiring Dirk. IF I ever need another A...ttorney Dirk will be my very first call. He has helped me keep my future together and I’m grateful.
