Dirk Robert Weed

I had put all my hopes and faith on Mr. Weed, which has left gone down spiral with depression and deep sad ness. My son hired him as his defense Attorney , and all this time, I have begged him to update the outcome of my son’s, who’s seating in prison for almost two years and nothing has being resolv...ed. I have evidence that my son has a psychological situation, written and reviewed since Junior High School. I have spoken to Mr Weed several times and had explained to him that my son’s father is the last stage (4) of colon’s cancer and is constantly crying because he’s afraid, he will never see his first born again. I’m not trying to excuse my son for his wrong decisions, but I have begged Mr Weed if can he can be on a anklet monitor, because, he has being a model prisoner. He was sentenced for drug procession of 2.8 gram of cocaine worth $2,200! He has committed a crime to society, but to himself. He has three daughters age ranging from 2 to 12, that are crying constantly for their father. Mr. Weed lack of a heart a broken family and for these reason, I give him 1 star. For his lack of sympathy and dishonesty.

I have dropped an Attorney to hire this law clown, whom didn’t care about his client from one. He had promised my loved one something that was never discussed at the sentencing, leaving my pockets empty and my extreme disappointment on how he handle the case. His tardiness and absences from trials ar...e just pathetic!!!Never had a full detail of the case, in another words, I’m still around in circles trying to figured out the outcome of the case. I would of done a better representation than him. I would never recommend this so call “Lawyer” not even to my worst enemy. Waist of money and time!!!!!!His staff is as bad as him. They need to go back to where the came from. I am calling the Bar Association and Stetson University to request his curriculum vitae.

I have worked for several different attorneys in my lifetime, including the beloved Joe Spicola, Jr. who later became Judge. A kind, honest man who truly cared about his clients. I loved that man. Dirk, well he is an awful lot like Joe Spicola. He is one of the kindest, most gentle and caring peop...le I've ever spoken with - that is until he steps behind that potiem - which he quickly pushes aside because believe me, he doesn't need anything to lean on. He suddenly becomes 8 feet tall and like a 200 Lb Pitbull protecting his master. No, never mistake his kindness for weakness because this is when the kindness ends and Mr. Dirk Weed takes over. The one thing you must give him and that is honesty. You won't pull anything over on this man and like the old advertisement "I'd walk a mile for a "Camel", Dirk will walk 10 miles for a client but you better be upfront with him. That isn't just for him, but it's also a must if you want him to win your case. I've seen and heard many attorneys in person and on t.v. when they televised trials and without a doubt, he's #1. He also isn't there to rob you because he could probably name his price if he only cared about money. I truly believe this man is not there for the "income", but he is all about the "outcome". For those who complain about him not returning their calls, well he didn't return some of mine but never once did I get upset because I had much rather he work on my husband's case than to talk to me on the phone. My cell phone was broken so I couldn't text but to communicate with him, if you text him, you will have a better chance hearing back from him sooner than if you call. In the end, he got the job done and that's what I paid him to do - not to talk on the phone. I'm telling you, if you need the best criminal attorney in this area, you won't go wrong with Dirk Weed because he did the impossible for my husband. "YOU ARE MY HERO" Dirk Weed.

After pointing out from voilation of probation and veing sent to Prison on a 5 year sentence- I then hired Dirk. He got.me back in front of a judge after being in prison for a short time and my entire sentence was mark time served. He knows what he is doing and has the respect of the hardest Judges......(Perry)
