Biography
Born in Manhattan and raised on Long Island, I enlisted in the United States Army shortly after graduating high school. As a United States Army Military Policeman I provided physical security on a base that housed nuclear weapons, law enforcement for a military community in Germany, and combat operations in Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Desert Spear. I was honorably discharged in 1993 and subsequently earned my B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Tampa, and my Law Degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Outstanding!
Mr. Phipps provided exactly what I needed, I wasn’t so sure about transitioning to a new lawyer but I am glad I did! Mr. Phipps was very responsive answering all of my questions in a timely manner. His attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend Mr. Phipps.
