Michael J Mooney was hired to cover a multitude of issues such as Reunification, Child Support Review and Order Enforcement. Not only did he choose to ignore our retainer agreement, refuse to take a phone calls or take my concerns seriously, he gave leniency to Opposing Party at every turn which le...d to outrageous costs to just see my daughter (~$3000/month not including child suport). Every piece of advice that he gave me was geared toward the benefit of the Oppozing Party (which he presented as "best interest of the child" and allowed extreme Parent Alienation) and ended up destroying my relationship with my child. To this day, the relationship between my child and I is estranged and has never been the same. We cannot get those years back. I pray that I could reverse time and have hired someone who would have actually acted in the best interest of my child. However, the damage is done and the pain is unbearable.
