Biography
Tav attended Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/History. Upon graduating from law school, he moved to Broward County where he began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender. Tav eventually moved and began working as a prosecutor at the State Attorney's Office in Tampa. During his tenure there, Tav handled thousands of DUIs and misdemeanors. He also handled hundreds of felony cases, ranging from grand theft to traffickings, to robberies, to habitual offenders and 10-20-Life cases. Tav has served as lead attorney in excess of 58 jury trials. He is also fluent in Spanish.
