A Lawyer You Can Trust

Attorneys were like car salesmen to me, many would say and do things that, to me, just were not in the client's best interest. When I got hit from behind while stopped by someone driving fast and simply not paying attention, I knew my care would take more than a bandaid and would span over time. I ...knew that I needed someone that would ensure my needs would be met. I wanted someone that my doctors trusted. I wanted someone that I could trust. The firm of Culpepper/Kurland was recommended. I was immediately assigned to one of his team members. Not only were my medical needs met, my personal needs were met. When I had a question, I was immediately connected to my case manager. If she could answer it, she did; if she could not, she got with Mr Kurland and called me back. I could email at any time and would receive an immediate response. I was kept calm, cool, and collected at all times because of their level of professionalism and caring. When my medical needs exceeded the limits of the insured, he and his staff immediately went to bat for me and had it resolved before I had time to worry. I simply cannot think of one thing that Mr Kurland and his staff could have done to make my unfortunate situation easier on me. I knew I had a friend in Mr Kurland. That smile is genuine, not like many you see. I trusted him with my well-being and, therefore, that of my family. He did not disappoint me. Thank you Mr Kurland!

Don't Let the Good Looks Fool You

Both Aggressive & Tenacious and the firm exceeded my expectations. I was extremely impressed with Mr Kurland's professionalism, as well as his entire staff. I would highly recommend this law firm and would use them again, if needed by my family or myself.

Aggressavie and Tenacious beyond a reasonable doubt

Mr. Kurland and his staff helped me and my daughter with an auto accident where we both sustained minor injuries. They made sure that we received a fair compensation for our injuries once we completed our medical treatment. I recommend Culpepper Kurland to all my family and friends.

agressive articulate compassionate attorney

every meeting was with Mr Kurland not someone unknown to us , he was very informative, understanding, and compassionate. Mr. Kurland even explained the type of surgery if i chose to have it. He even told my wife and i to take our time and discuss this decision and he would be their to help us in w...hat ever way he could and whatever we decided. We both felt surgery on my neck [even though very scary] was the only option to prevent the pain and loss of different uses in my arm Mr.Kurland even recommended the surgeon who is one of the areas best.Everything turned out great! Mr.Kurland even called the night before surgery just to encourage us that everything would be okay and for my wife to give him a call when it was through and also if she needed anything to call him or his office. I highly recommend everyone see Mr, Kurland and recommend both him and his staff to handle any injury matter. For once, an attorney lives up to and even exceeds his advertising and his client's expectations!
