Brett and his team did a phenomenal job handling our case. From the very moment we called, Brett and his team were there for us, answered all of our questions, provided us with a detailed plan of how things would work, and most importantly, gave us the confidence that everything would be OK. ... The communication with Brett and his firm was as expected, and then some. We could call them any time and know that they would answer the phone, answer our questions and provide us with all the information that we needed. We never felt like we were bothering them, or could not call or talk to anyone there if we needed them or had a question. There were times that we would discuss our case and how things were going, and we always were informed with detailed information on the progress and where things stood. Additionally, they constantly checked on us to see how we were doing through it all. It was that personal touch that just reaffirmed that we had made the right decision in contacting Brett and his firm after the accident. We were treated like a part of their family. The thing that also stands out is how hard he worked for us in getting our claim settled for the amount he said he was going to get. This review is not to make things all about the final amount by any means, but to know that we had someone representing us, that was not backing down from the other person's insurance company was so appreciated and the exact reason you hire an attorney. There was never a time that he was not confident in how things would settle. He always gave us the confidence that things would work out, and that we would be made whole again. And that is exactly what he delivered. There was not a time during the entire year plus, working with Brett and his firm, that we felt like we were "losing" or that things were not going to go our way. He even battled our doctors offices and physical therapists that were trying to over charge for services. He saved us THOUSANDS in medical bills. Once again, just confirming that we had made the right decision in retaining Brett and his team. We could not have gotten the outcome we did if it was not for Brett, his team and everyone that was a part of this. He is relentless in his pursuit of your best interests, your care and that he is delivering on his commitments. We would recommend them to anyone.

Great Experience !!!

It was a great experience with this firm. I was hit by a drunk driver and my car was total loss. My whole family was injured (4 people) and this attorney firm were exceptional and really helpful. They got the ball rolling for my whole family and got right to work with my case. Brett Kurland A trusted Lawyer

Brett Kurland changed my whole mindset on lawyers!!!! He truly is a man that wasnt all about the money I had had a bad accident that in the end had left me not able to work and in the midst of it my husband had decided to leave me and Brett was very concerned for me as a person. He worked diligently ...on my case, if ever I called to talk to someone they were always available he did not make me feel like I was just another pay check. I could never explain to him how truly thankful and grateful to him. He will never know the depth of my gratitude. I would refer him to anyone. I was a truck driver so I always heard of how the attorneys were against truck drivers but he did not judge me he took my case and he won every penny. He had many obstacles four different cases in one and he handled everyone of them with determination keeping me in mind through it all. Every step of the way they keep me informed they called me to give me updates. It was not an overnight process it took time but from the very start I was told that it could take a year or two as to give me an option as weather I wanted to hire them or not. And I am so glad that I did. I would say to any truck driver or truck driver wives before you make a decision on an attorney make sure you consult with Brett because I dont know any other attorney (though I had experience with some work comp attorney") but I know that when your world is turned upside down that your case is one less thing you have to worry about because you can bet that he is working diligently with you in mind threw the whole thing. You can rest on just having to deal with the other things that come along with the accident. I pray that I would never need another attorney but I would not think twice about hiring him again. Just to tell you about my case a little I went through the windshield of a dump truck. It was not my fault I got no tickets and by the grace of God I survived. And through this trauma I was forced to try to find an attorney, and while I had broken collar bone, cracked ribs, lost of heavy bruising, shifted spine, trouble breathing he checked on me just to find out about me. His assistant Angie was also wonderful. I could just go on and on but long story short if you are looking for an attorney I would highly recommend Brett Kurland, the add you see on T.V. about attorneys his proved to be true, He was 100% concerned for me and about me. Brett Kurland did not fail me in any way and I feel like he stayed honest with me threw the whole process. So all I have left to say is if you are looking for a attorney make sure you start there because I truly believe at that point your search will be over!!!!!!!!!
