Quality attorney

Very approachable and down to earth attorney. Brett will do anything he can to get you what you need after your accident. He and his staff took me through the difficult process after an accident and I would definitely recomment them to anyone in need.

Easy and Stress free

I was in touch with Kulpepper/Kurland the day of my acident. A representative from the office was at my home the next day (Sunday). Everyone I came in touch with from the office was very knowledgable and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and very confident that I made the right decision. Mr.... Kurland helped me personally when it came to dealing with the insurance company by conducting a 3-way confrence call. At that point, I felt like I was his main priority and not just another client on the phone. I can honestly say that every staff member is truly a professional and as far as I'm concerned, they are second to none!

TOP NOTCH!

Before my accident, I had no experience with lawyers. I wasn't sure what to expect or what they could offer to my case. I decided to go with Brett based on the great reviews I had heard around town, and I am very glad that I did. I called Brett 10 minutes after my accident, which occurred at 9:00 ...pm on a holiday evening. He not only answered, but guided me through what I should do next. Brett and his team kept me in the loop on everything. They answered all of my questions throughout the entire process, no matter how elementary they may have seemed. I was always able to speak to someone when I called, rather than getting sent to voicemail. They respected my opinion when decisions had to be made and always asked me my thoughts prior to doing anything. The thing I appreciated the most throughout the entire process is that Brett and his team always put my health and rehabilitation as the top priority. They stated numerous times that getting me back to 100% was the most important thing. My case was settled much quicker than I could have ever expected.
