Best Attorney!

Former Client
I was involve in a auto accident where a F350 hit me. I was heading to work in my scooter and the next thing I know is that I woke up a week later in the hospital. I then contacted several attorneys that I saw on TV and Mr. Fiol was the very first to respond, he did all the investigation and found the person at fault that caused the accident. Fiol was able to win my case in a matter of several months and his knowledge and response to my case were excellent.

Strong moral and ethical values

Well pleased with my representation!!!!!

worst attorney ever
I had a slip and fall accident, they never got any information by themselves, i had to contact people to get the info, after months of me calling them to get updates, he decided not to represent me anymore, and just called me and gave me no reason why he did that, so unprofessional
