Highly recommended attorney for divorce representation.

I hired Wendy to assist me with my divorce. She is very professional and provided excellent advice on how to proceed with a process that no one really wants to deal with. My divorce was concluded in six months and she was able to negotiate a favorable settlement with opposing counsel. At all stage...s of the process, I felt like she truly had my best interests in mind. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of her services.

Wendy Hausmann is your attorney. Retaining her as my divorce attorney literally made the difference between ending up with less than nothing and having what I need to make a better life for me and my children. Wendy is meticulous, thorough and by the book in the way she fights for her clients. She ha...s been a tremendous blessing and I highly recommend her as an attorney.

Simply the Best!

Wendy Hausmann is an incredible attorney. I have worked with many attorneys in the past but none can compare to Wendy. She handled a divorce case for my family, one that was very complicated and contentious, which had dragged on aimlessly for over a year and a half before Wendy took over. ... Right away everyone noticed a tremendous difference, including the other side. She cleaned up the awful mess the other attorney had made, stood up for us without yielding, stopped the bullying, quickly earned everyone’s respect, and in five short months was able to negotiate an immensely favorable settlement for our side. I can’t say enough about Wendy Hausmann. She is extremely intelligent and experienced, takes a personal interest in your case as if it were her own, and is legitimately aggressive when she needs to be. Our only regret is not hiring Wendy to begin with. My unquestionable advice is to hire her if you want an attorney who will fight for you as if they were a close friend of your family!

Excellent Domestic Relations attorney

I would strongly recommend Wendy Arlene Hausmann as an attorney in a domestic relations matter. During my initial conversation I was able to outline my interests, my approach, my philosophy, what I wanted to accomplish, how I wanted to accomplish it, and she understood and was the correct attorney fo...r me. In practice she had the right mix of qualities, professional acumen, and proceeded in a very timely fashion. Given the situation where you have two civil, rational adults under considerable personal stress in an emotionally charged pressure cooker like environment, time was of the essence. Wendy was very professional, with reasonable fees, and effectively showing a clear understanding of Florida family law resolving the matter first and foremost, in a manner that was in my best interest as her client, and in retrospect also minimizing loss and ill will of all involved with her good guidance both in terms of the law and social recommendations. I could not have asked for a better attorney and would strongly recommend her based upon my experience.

An exceptional and passionate advocate of justice for children and fathers who truly care for them

I was referred to Wendy by a former Family Case manager at the South Palm Beach County Courthouse. After speaking to Wendy for only a few minutes, I was convinced of her genuine interest in winning my case. We both knew it would be an uphill battle, given unwritten prejudices towards men, but she ...was confident we would win. And win we did. I'm not going to say my case was a "slam dunk" from the start, but in the final analysis, but for Wendy being in my corner, and the support of my family, I would have not prevailed. Here's a brief history of my case. Around December 2009 I decided to seek a modification of my child support obligation, in light of child care payments that were included in the amount I was paying, which were not being made. I started doing this pro-se. During our initial meeting, I discussed, in detail, the history of my case with Wendy. We went to Mediation, but settling with my ex-wife, especially in matters of child support, was as impossible as the infamous "camel through the eye of a needle" story. After the mediation, Wendy suggested we didn't limit the modification to a reduction of child support. Instead, she advised we should also petition for a modification of primary residence, a/k/a custody. In February, 2010, we filed the petition. Long story short, after 9 months of what seemed to be monthly trips to the courthouse, on February 4, 2011, the Magistrate's Report and Recommendation modifying my daughter's primary residence from my ex-wife's to mine, was approved and adopted by the Court. By that time, and again thanks to Wendy, my daughter had already been living with me for a period of 8 months. It goes without saying that Wendy was an intricate part of that victory, not only by being a strong, knowledgeable, and sharp lawyer, but also by being a true advocate of justice and by making herself available, even on weekends, to fax key orders to law enforcement, so that justice for my daughter would prevail at all times. I'm not going to take much credit for this victory because I just persevered enough to win in Court and that was just the ticket to Victory. The credit, by and large, belongs to my wife and my step-children, who despite of not being blood relatives to my daughter, have truly become her family and a rock upon which my daughter has found strength and salvation. Of course, it's axiomatic that credit is also due, and in no small part, to my lawyer, Wendy Hausmann, for seeing the path to victory through the proverbial "fog of war."
