Dear Grant, Augusto, Gail and everyone else involved... and again - especially Augusto... Thank you so very much for all that that you have done regarding putting my H-3 Visa application together, fielding the inevitable RFE (Request For Evidence), and patiently answering all our questions and co...ncerns. I must admit, the first impulse I had when I read Grant's email congratulating me on the visa approval was: "Are you sure you've sent the mail to the correct Peter?" Words cannot adequately express how much this means for my family and I. I would give 6 stars if I could. My wife and step children just received their permanent residence visas! We owe a great deal of thanks to Grant and Keyla. Keyla was very patient with us. We had questions....A LOT of them. She always found out the answers and got back to us. Making sure a...ll documents were completed correctly, sending to us for proofing, and then getting everything submitted in a timely fashion. But, please be prepared to be patient with the entire process. This is the government we're talking about after all. However, with Grant and Keyla's help, there were NO mistakes and NO re-dos needed. Having to file for SSI myself could not get it. I searched Attorneys that special in such cases. My case was easily looked over and studied. The Staff that worked on my case preformed above and beyond the call of duty. I was treated very professional. Had great commutation all during the process...es and after. They had answered all my questions and had staff accompany me during my hearing. Everything was handled in a timely fashion. I shall recommend to the people I know that may need some help in the future.
