Grant Kaplan

Grant Kaplan holds a B Proc Degree (Attorneys Admission) from University of the Witwatersrand and a Master of Business Administration and Management Advancement Diplomas from the University of Witwatersrand. Kaplan founded the law firm of Kaplan and Friedgut, Attorneys (now Kaplan and Saltz), where he represented a list of high- profile international client corporations. Kaplan and Saltz currently maintain offices in Johannesburg and associated offices worldwide. Kaplan also founded US Relocation Services, Inc. in 1997 and has received numerous awards such as Commissioner in the Small Claims Court in South Africa. The Immigration Law Office of Grant Kaplan is based in Boca Raton Florida and employs 2 attorneys and 10 paralegals. It deals with all aspects of U.S. Immigration law and has corporate and private clients worldwide.

Attorney Kaplan is a U.S. attorney and admitted to practice in the 2nd, 9th and 11th Circuit courts of appeal and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Tacoma Pierce Bar Association, South County Attorneys Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also admitted to the District courts of Washington D.C. and Colorado. He is a senior attorney in South Africa having been admitted to the Supreme Court of South Africa in 1983, and a senior examiner on behalf of the Northern Provinces in South Africa. He served as a commissioned officer in the South African Navy and now serves as director of various companies, interests and committees worldwide.

He successfully completed two of two worlds toughest ultra-marathons- the Comrades Marathon (9Okms) and the Two Oceans Marathon ( 65 kms). He is licensed to practice law in South Africa, and the United States, has passed the Israeli Bar Exam, but not admitted to practice in Israel, and is asked to speak frequently at international conferences on international law.
