The most important job for any immigration professional is to guide us through the very complicated process and to a very large extend the success of this process and the applica...tions depends on how well the Manager/CEO/Specialist is informed and guided through this process. We are a South African family and Grant Kaplan Attorney assisted us with 2 processes. L1A visa application and with our Diversity visa application. We initially started with the L1 visa application for our family. This was to move to the United States and open a new office for our company in the Uni...ted States. Immigration became quite strict and we even had to work through an initial denial. After qualifying for the Diversity visa this year, they also assisted us with that process. Everyone that assisted us are very knowledgeable on the process and we would not have been able to do this on our own. There is just too many unknows for an individual to try and to do this without the assistance of Immigration Lawyers.
