Great Job
Eli and his paralegal Neisy were wonderful throughout my workers Comp case. Eli was there to answer any questions I had and was always willing to give me that little bit of extra reassurance I was needing. Eli never gave up on me even at times when I was doubting myself, he was always encouraging and had my best interest in mind. Eli is a great lawyer and I would highly recommend him. Attorney Eli Frank came to my home for the initial visit and fully explained how the process would develop. Eli and his staff were always accessible and were knowledgeable. The Paralegals, Natalie & Stephanie, were extremely easy to work with and always followed up on any questions I may have had. They were on top of everything at all times. Having a good lawyer
I first contacted Mr. Franks regarding a worker's comp settlement. I was injured on the job in July of 2010. The county I worked for is usuallly reluctant to settle comp cases. Mr. Franks worked dilegently, aggressively, and eventually persisted in obtaininig a fair settlement for me. Mr. Franks kept me informed during every step of the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Franks. The service was all I could have asked for.
