Mr. Kaplan, managed to get me my Green Card when anothe Nwe York Lawyer failed. Mr. Kaplan was efficient in the total handeling of my complecated Business Application. He was in constant connection with me and liased with me on every step of this process. I found his charges to be reasonable, his o...ffice staff were courteious and always returned my calls if they were not available when I telephoned into his office. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Kaplan and his team to anyone that would need immigration services. After great consideration of all the advice from you guys we refiled for Rocky's work permit. We considered everything that you guys have told us and it is not worth giving up now. Some days are harder than others but we love our son and we really want him close to us..... In addition, I jus...t received the approved CHANGE OF VENUE and the new court is Houston, TX.... woohoo!!! One little step at a time but the progress is just awesome!!!
