Biography
By way of backgound, I received my B.S degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1980 and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 1984.
I obtained my license to pracitice law in Florida in 1984, the District of Columbia Bar in 1986, and the New York State Bar in 1987.
Since 1984, I have been practing family law and negligence law including personal injury and medical malpractice. Between 1989 and 2015, I was a partner in Schwartz, Gold, Cohen, and Zakarin, P.A. In January, 2015, I formed the Law Offices of Ronald M. Zakarin, P.A., where I continue to practice domestic relations, personal injury and medical malpractice.
During my career I have litigated cases throughout the State of Florida and in other states. Currently, I am a State of Florida certified Guardian Ad Litem.
On a personal note, I enjoy martial arts, golf, skiing, physical fitness, boating and reading. I spent many years coaching girls’ and boys’ soccer and teaching martial arts.
