Our company was recently served demanding that we vacate our office premises due the landlord taking the position he was not aware of our arraignment of a sub-lease agreement with another tenant. Meanwhile the landlord had been fully aware of the sub-lease arraignment for many months by stopping ...into our office randomly to chat. Throughout we had been fully up to date on our rent. Through a recommendation we engaged Mr Glickstein to seek some sanity in the matter and see if we could resolve this with minimum legal action. While the final outcome was not to our liking we were very pleased with the client attorney relationship with Mr Glickstein. From the beginning he approached the case very rationally seeking a positive outcome for both parties. Unfortunately a equatable solution was not to be for ourselves. We were kept informed of the unfolding events throughout the case, meanwhile Mr Glickstein maintained a most professional attitude in dealing with the opposing party who obviously was not interested in a positive solution for both parties. In the past we have been involved with legal counsel who were most unpleasant with the opposing council. The eventual outcome in many times could have been achieved sooner by seeking a more reasonable approach. Reasonable while still maintaining a firm position throughout the case,that coupled with a common sense approach to the facts at hand is why we would highly recommend Mr Glickstein.
