Highly recommend

After speaking with several attorneys, I hired William because he had the knowledge and experience to handle my case. I was very pleased with the final outcome and would definitely use his services again.

Best in the Biz

I have retained William and his Partner Erik on multiple occasions. They have always been fair and upfront with estimated costs and have provided me with reasonable assurances as to the outcomes my cases would result in. The first time Will helped me was when I had to sue my neighbor for water dam...ages to my condo as neither of us had insurance. His correspondence was immediate and William was able to settle quickly so I could restore my condo. Then I hired Willi to defend me with a Fair Housing Act claim for my Condo Association which again resulted in quick accommodation. Hire this attorney!

Do your homework before hiring him

After he and his partner took over my case it was all downhill. I was left with more anxiety than before and no answers. One Attorney charged me with his cost to file motions. William charged me to undo motions that original Attorney did. So charged twice and after several thousand dollars worth of u...seless information...William's final advice was something I could have done on my own at no cost.

I apologize that you were unhappy with the outcome of our representation on your case, but all of your statements are in fact untrue, and not supported by the court file. It is unfortunate that you choose this forum to express your concerns where I am not authorized to defend myself, due to confidentiality obligations. Since you have made certain statements, I can only discuss those statements. I don't understand how we left you with more anxiety as we had communications with you via email or phone, on nearly a daily basis. An attorney has to follow the law, and unfortunately a contested lawsuit is not a two (2) month process like you may feel. We took over your case from another attorney, and we would never charge you for something that we did not do. We certainly would not undo something that your prior attorney did and then charge you for it. This did not happen under any circumstances.
