Exceptional lawyer!

We hired Dan after he came highly recommended from a colleague. As the defendants, we were up against a very difficult client who is well known for his lack of integrity, his bullying, and his manipulative behavior. Despite the adversity, Dan exemplified professionalism, he displayed unwavering integ...rity, and he fought tirelessly to defend what was rightfully ours; the outcome he achieved was well beyond our expectations. Dan is an exceptional trust attorney, and I give him my highest recommendation.

I will forever regret using this attorney

This attorney charged us $475 an hour which is more than other top attorneys in the area who have 20+years of experience. We had to send documents numerous times and he failed to contact individuals involved in my father's estate planning until we were at mediation. One person he did call refused to ...cooperate with our situation because he said the Mr Seigel was extremely rude to him during the initial phone call. Just getting through mediation cost us almost three times more than any other attorney had estimated it to cost and we had to pay for his "mentor" to review documents (and the time that was taken to call his mentor during mediation). It was an horrible experience with an horrible outcome.

Inept and duplicitous.

Dan Seigal should be your last choice of attorney. I suffer the consequences of his ineptitude or possible collusion with opposing counsel to this day. It has severely impacted my health, not to mention and left me with no insurance when my house sustained severe damage in Irma. I should have been... more alert upon our initial meeting when he didn't believe Florida Statute 736.0606 existed. I had to pull out my phone to show him. He showed no interest in the subject matter of the case and ignorantly stated at one point "I'm a Trust Guy, not a Tax Guy," and I said if you don't understand how ridiculous that makes you sound - you need your head examined. Long story short -- He knew my bare minimum to settle -- never brought it up with opposing counsel, and $15,000 in bills later -- including a $900 lunch with opposing counsel, came to me with an offer far worse than the one I rejected a year earlier -- without a lawyer. He told me if I didn’t accept the crap deal he could not represent me. Mind you at a bare minimum he knew I was owed an additional $90,000.00 -- and this was according to his accountant -- and Dan had the gall to tell me that was not "really anything" worth litigating and accept the crap deal or he wouldn’t represent me. The deal was so far short of every conversation I had with him, to be downright offensive to me to mention. Later when I called another attorney -- she called him, and he broke my confidence and privilege without consulting me or getting an okay to speak with her. Run, do not walk from this trainwreck.

A Real Go-Getter with a Heart!

Mr. Seigel was referred to me by another attorney who could not take my probate litigation case. I checked into Mr. Seigel’s educational & work background and was very impressed with what I found. I found Mr. Seigel to be very personable and very concerned about my situation. He took genuine i...nterest in my case and handled it with professionalism. His drive and conviction were impressive. He was a go-getter. He was always available, even on weekends and when he was away on vacation. He kept opposing council on their toes and kept the case moving forward. We were prepared to take the case to trial, but it ended up being settled through a rather lengthy mediation process. Mr. Seigel stayed on top of the matter and did not relent until the case was resolved to the best case scenario. Thanks to Mr. Seigel, my family is in a much better situation than we would have been had he not taken my case to protect my family. I am delighted to call Mr. Seigel my attorney and my friend. I would highly recommend him to anyone who could use his services.

Great Experience

I recently had the experience of hiring Dan Seigel as my attorney. He was recommended to me by a Nova University Law Professor. Mr Seigel performed an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my concerns and well being. He took the time to discuss options with... me and clearly was looking out for my best interest. I found this very comforting at a most difficult time. Mr. seigel's dedication was very impressive. On one occasion he actually answered my call while he was out of the country. He also made himself available on weekends and always returned my calls in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case. Mr. Seigel is a true professional. I would recommend him highly and would not hesitate to higher him again,
