Natasha Shaikh

Natasha Shaikh counsels clients on complex trust, estate, and guardianship matters, with particular experience in the administration of high‑net‑worth structures. She is known for pragmatic negotiation and for crafting case-specific litigation strategies that drive favorable results. Leveraging an LL.M. in Taxation, Natasha evaluates tax returns, corporate documents, and accounting and financial statements; performs preliminary financial analysis; and partners with experts and financial accountants to inform approach and outcomes. Before joining the firm, she served as a partner at a Fort Lauderdale, Florida law firm, concentrating on probate administration, trust and estate litigation, and guardianship administration and litigation. Natasha earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, a J.D., magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
