This attorney charged us $475 an hour which is more than other top attorneys in the area who have 20+years of experience. We had to send documents numerous times and he failed to contact individuals involved in my father's estate planning until we were at mediation. One person he did call refused to ...cooperate with our situation because he said the Mr Seigel was extremely rude to him during the initial phone call. Just getting through mediation cost us almost three times more than any other attorney had estimated it to cost and we had to pay for his "mentor" to review documents (and the time that was taken to call his mentor during mediation).
