Dan was relentlessly focused and dedicated to helping me with a very complex family trust case. I was dealing with litigious family members and at my wits' end. Dan stepped in and used his many skills as both a litigator and negotiator to keep this case out of court. He kept me in the loop and update...d throughout, which I greatly appreciated. He is efficient with his time (=your money) and is not the kind of attorney who wastes time just to bill hours. Quite the contrary.
