When my wife and I were applying for our 3rd E-2 Visa, we were looking for a new law firm so we asked our good friend and accountant who he thought were the best in Fort Myers. Dementia of my husband was mentioned by Neuropsychology in February 2019. He applied for a Green Card in May 2018 (through Suarez) then Citizenship. Unfortunately my husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in January 2022. I understand if he is not Alzheimer, my husband definitely would like to be ...an American Citizen. But my husband did not understand the difference between a Green Card holder or Citizenship when he received his interview notice from USCIS.
