Relax, you're in good hands.

The process of applying to become a United States citizen overwhelmed me from the beginning. I am so happy that we hired Tulio Suarez to handle all of the ins and outs. From the first meeting I was relaxed knowing that I was in good hands. Tulio is very professional and also very personable. He expla...ined the whole process to me, what they would do to help and what was expected of me. I knew that he and his staff were just a phone call or email away when I had questions. I highly recommend Tulio Suarez for any of your immigration needs.

Green Card and Citizenship

Dementia of my husband was mentioned by Neuropsychology in February 2019. He applied for a Green Card in May 2018 (through Suarez) then Citizenship. Unfortunately my husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in January 2022. I understand if he is not Alzheimer, my husband definitely would like to be ...an American Citizen. But my husband did not understand the difference between a Green Card holder or Citizenship when he received his interview notice from USCIS. I respected him and decided to get American Citizenship for my husband. Unbelievable documents, especially by doctors, were asked by USCIS. I never gave up and Devore Group never gave us for us. My husband (who does not know that he is legally an American now) got a Certificate of Naturalization in October 2022. Mr. Suarez wrote to us: "CONGRATULATIONS ON BECOMING A U.S.CITIZEN! I AM HONORED THAT YOU FELT CONFIDENT IN MY ABILITIES BY ALLOWING ME AND MY TEAM TO TAKE PART IN THIS IMPORTANT AND JOYOUS EVENT IN YOUR LIFE!" We have no words for Mr. Suarez and the team. Thank you so much. Go raibh maith agat.(Irish) ありがとうございました。(Japanese) Takako

DENIED CITIZENSHIP? NO PROBLEM!

Apologies in advance for all the detail and for any suspicions about USCIS that may come through in this review. Let me say clearly, without Attorney Tulio Suarez guiding me every step of the way through a process that likely would have been an immediate falure under many many other attorneys, my un...happiness would not have turned into the BIG SMILE I am wearing today. Here is my story: In 2019 I my application for US citizenship was denied after a 4-year process beginning with my marriage to a US ciitzen. Denial was based on an erroneous claim by the officer that I had not spent sufficient time on US soil. BOGUS since my Passport stamps, my airline records AND USCIS internal records showed otherwise. Based on multiple unfounded and unsupported accusations by the officer during my final interview that I had married for a green card, this appeared to be a clear case of bias. Ridiculous accusations since my husband and had been together for EIGHT years before getting married. Suspiciously, a denial letter was never sent to me, unlike all other USCIS correspondence in previous years. And by the time I was able to discover the denial decision, the 33-day window for appeal had closed. I was even more angry than I was devastated. Worse, I was told by USCIS I would have to wait at least 2 years and as long a 4 years before starting the Naturalization process again! I was living in Nevada at the time and thus began a nationwide search for an attorney who could help. I was politely turned down by several who pointed to standard wording in a typical denial letter referencing the long wait. Finally, I was referred to Tulio Suarez by a friend of my husband. Tulio offered no guarantees but felt the "2 - 4 year wait" was boilerplate wording and possibly not legally defensible. My husband and I immediately relocated to Miami in early 2020 to establish Florida residency. Covid hit literally that same month. Government agencies and private industry slowed to a crawl. But we loved South Florida and decided to stick it out. Tulio skillfully sheparded my new application thru the process and it was not questioned or rejected. On December 28, 2020 just 10 months after our Miami arrival and in spite of Covid, I was called in for my "second" final interview. Tulio accompanied me. It went beautifully unlike my "first" final interview. The officer told me I passed and in fact tried to administer the "Oath of Allegiance" on the spot". But here things suddenly turned suspicious. She was unable to log into the system which apparently is used for the "Oath". I say suspicious because this is exactly the same story three different girlfriends have to told me regarding their 10-year green card interviews. Told they passed, the officer could not log on to the system, they were assured they would receive something in writing within a week, then SILENCE. Nothing. I experienced the same thing. I was handed a letter telling me I passed the interview and was being recommended for citizenship. And was told I would receive a letter within a week telling me where and when to report for my "Oath". But nothing. Weeks passed. Then months. Tulio doggedly attempted to get an explanation. USCIS makes it impossible to talk to a real person even if you are a well known attorney. But he percervered.with letters and attempts via the USCIS online system. After more than a year I authorized him to file a lawsuit against USCIS. But before filing, USCIS suddenly responded saying my case was under extended review. Tulio, after thorough research, fired off an detailed response setting forth the law and the facts of my case. Meanwhile, not having seen my family or my dog except for video calls to him :-) for more than two years, I got on a plane for the Philippines. But within a week, USCIS emailed me congratulating me on being approved for US citizenship! I raced back to the US and took my Oath of Allegiance on April 28. Blue Passport coming soon! TULIO ROCKS!

MIRACLE WORKER

Mr. Suarez met and surpassed our expectations. Our case was problematic at best. Through all the adverse curve balls the process brought him; he handled them in stride. Mr. Suarez stood up to the lack of respect the agent gave us. He followed through and made the impossible happen. My wife was grante...d U.S. Naturalization and sworn in. I am quite confident in him & would recommend his firm & himself to any one seeking citizenship. Mr. Suarez will be forever in our debt for professional services he gave us. Too bad all lawyers don't have his ability & client concern; it would be a much better world. THANK YOU MR. SUAREZ

"I endorse this lawyer. I met Tulio when he spoke at an AILA conference in October of 2015. Although surrounded by impressive speakers, Tulio's knowledge, expertise, and his sincere demeanor set him apart. I spoke with him later during the conference, and found him approachable and at the same time, an attorney of distinction and good character. Tulio's clients are lucky to have him, as are the rest of us. I look forward to my communications with him as a learning opportunity for me. He is prompt, polite, professional, and provides a very high level of experience in his replies. He is an excellent practitioner and even with my limited time of knowing him, he is a person of sound ethics."
