Dean Joseph Merten

Attorney Dean is a very attentive and caring attorney. We hired him to handle my daughter's legal matter. She was charged with a felony and a misdemeanor for a crime that she did, but it was a "heat of the moment, emotional act". He understood and represented her and handled the case as if it was ...his own daughter that made a mistake. He answered the phone EVERYTIME we called and responded to our emails within 5 to 10 minutes. He kept us informed every step of the way. He was able to the get the felony dropped to a misdemeanor (praise God) and then within less then 2 months he got the entire case dismissed. He spoke on her behalf as if she was his family. I have never met him face to face, but felt like I knew him all my life. Great person, person of integrity, he stands on his word. Best defense I could have asked for and at a price that beat everyone else. Cost was important to me especially as all other attorneys I spoke with offered just about the same advise.
