I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Probst. He took over my case on a slip and fall (ankle injury) case against cruise line in which I spent my cruise getting around in a wheel chair while celebrating my 30th wedding anniversary with my husband. My previous attorney dropped my case with litt...le notice and not knowing what to do he came to the rescue. He is very professional, caring, answered all my questions, and kept me updated and informed every step of the way. He was even able to get my case settled before my trial date for an undisclosed amount that was much better than I thought it would be due to the fact that cruise lines are in bad shape right now because of the pandemic and not sailing g for almost a year now. I am beyond happy with the outcome of my cruise ship bed bug case. I live in another state so we did this through emails and conversations. It worked perfectly.
