Biography
Carissa is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, and Washington D.C. and regularly appears on National television as the legal expert. You may have seen her on the Nancy Grace show, Dr. Drew, CNN/HLN, CBS, CBSN, Fox News Shepard Smith Reporting, to name a few.
Before founding the Law Offices of Carissa Kranz, P.A., Carissa worked as a Prosecutor in Palm Beach County handling hundreds of cases, motions, hearings, and acted as lead counsel in jury trials; a litigation associate at Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm; a law Clerk for the California Supreme Court; and legal counsel for a law clinic representing indigent clients, to name a few.
Carissa Kranz stands for COMPASSION & KINDNESS for ALL beings. Carissa is a lifelong vegan, former professional ballet dancer, regular yoga practitioner, animal rights advocate, humanitarian, she runs a law firm for injured clients, she is owned by a blind cat named Sugar, and is a caregiver for her Ballet mentor Joan Miller, who currently suffers from Alzheimers and Parkinsons and lives in her home. Carissa found her voice by giving a voice to others and has two books coming out soon.
