Biography
Edward N. Port grew up in Rhode Island. He graduated from the Business School of the University of Miami in 1990 with a BBA in Real Estate/Finance. He went to Michigan and graduated Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1993. His first job was with the Broward County State Attorney's Office where he was a prosecutor. He then went into the private sector wherein he represented major creditors such as Ford Motor Credit, GMAC and Autonation. After a few years, he decided it was time to represent the people. Since then, he has dedicated his time to helping people get out of debt in ways that would be most beneficial to them.

Horrible Experience
Do not use Edward Port. They will take your money and not hold up their contractual obligations. He promised me a partial refund and then ghosted me. Horrible experience!

I hired Edward to file a bankruptcy case for me. After some time, I decided not to file the bankruptcy. Edward agreed to refund me $850 as a courtesy, however, low and behold, 9 months later the refund has yet to come. I’ve sent numerous emails and several phone calls and have yet to get a respons...

Bad Representation at all Levels
Filed Bankruptcy, letters were sent to wrong addresses, wages and or taxes garnished. I first met with Mr. Port around April-May of 2012 to discuss Banruptcy so that he would have ample time to review my case. I even paid in full. He advised that we would not begin my proceeding until December of 201...
